Who is responsible

Food Coach is the consultancy practice of KD Alliance, a partnership firm, at Plot No. 16, G.T. Road, Part-1, Sector 29, HUDA, Panipat, Haryana 132103, India. GSTIN: 06ABCFK7864M1ZR. Contact: info@foodcoach.in; +91 98964 44440. KD Alliance is responsible for the personal information it collects for enquiries and client administration. For personal data supplied by a client for a project, the parties must agree their respective responsibilities and any necessary processing instructions.

Information we receive

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, selected service and message, plus company and destination market if you provide them. Emails, calls and WhatsApp conversations may also contain your telephone number, business role, correspondence and attachments. A consultancy project may require specifications, recipes, artwork, laboratory reports and contact details of authorised representatives. Provide only information you are entitled to share; avoid sensitive personal information and confidential recipes in a first enquiry.

How we use information

We use enquiry details to answer you, assess the request, prepare quotations and manage an agreed engagement. We use project records to deliver the agreed work, manage revisions, maintain accounts, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. An enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing. Any promotional communication must have an appropriate basis and an available way to opt out.

Website operation and essential storage

The Food Coach website does not load advertising pixels, third-party analytics, externally hosted fonts or embedded WhatsApp tracking scripts. Visiting the contact page starts an essential first-party session for submission security. Its session cookie is configured as Secure on HTTPS, HttpOnly and SameSite Strict; session identifiers are not used for advertising. Hostinger and its infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, request information and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

Form delivery and abuse prevention

The form transmits the enquiry to our server and emails it to info@foodcoach.in through Hostinger Email. It does not save enquiry contents in a website database. The mailbox and email infrastructure retain correspondence and may maintain backups. A separate private rate-limit file contains submission times and keyed hashes derived from IP addresses. Entries are filtered out once older than one hour when the file is next processed; this is not an assurance that every hosting log or backup is erased after one hour. Temporary session records also exist for form security and duplicate prevention.

WhatsApp and external websites

The WhatsApp buttons are ordinary links to a chat with +91 98964 44440. They include only a generic suggested message; the Food Coach website does not automatically send your form entries to WhatsApp. When you follow the link or send a message, WhatsApp/Meta processes information under its own policies, and we receive the conversation and information you choose to share. LabelYog is a separate software service with separate privacy and service policies; visiting Food Coach does not create a LabelYog account. Other external websites operate under their own policies.

Service providers and disclosures

Hostinger provides website and email infrastructure. WhatsApp/Meta provides the messaging service if you choose that channel. Where project delivery requires a laboratory, translator, specialist or other provider, the relevant scope, confidentiality and information-sharing arrangements must be agreed. Information may also be disclosed where lawfully required, to protect legal rights or in a properly safeguarded business transfer. We do not sell enquiry information or load advertising tools to share it with advertisers.

International processing

Hosting, email, messaging and other agreed providers may process information in countries different from your own. We do not represent that all Food Coach information remains in India. Applicable transfer requirements must be assessed for the information and engagement concerned; contractual or other safeguards must be used where the law requires them.

Retention and confidentiality

Enquiries and project correspondence are retained for the purpose of answering you, administering the relationship, keeping necessary business records and addressing legal obligations or claims. Retention depends on record type and applicable requirements. We cannot promise immediate deletion from provider logs or backup systems. If you need a specific retention period, deletion schedule or confidentiality agreement for recipes or trade secrets, agree it in writing before sharing them.

Your requests and concerns

Email info@foodcoach.in, addressed to Amit Dhingra, with a privacy question, correction request, access request, deletion request or objection to a particular use. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on it; withdrawal does not undo lawful earlier processing. We may need proportionate information to verify the request and may retain records where the law permits or requires it. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. This process does not restrict any complaint or remedy available to you under applicable law.

Security and children

HTTPS, restricted server storage and form-abuse controls help protect the website, but no system or email channel can be guaranteed secure. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or highly sensitive information through an enquiry. The site and consultancy are intended for business representatives, not children. If a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can address it appropriately.

Changes

Material changes to the notice will be posted with an updated effective date. Where law requires additional notice or consent, that process must be followed. This notice describes Food Coach; it does not replace a project-specific confidentiality or data-processing agreement.
