Amit Dhingra began working on FDA food label compliance in 2004 through his own company, Pachranga Syndicate Pvt. Ltd. His work later expanded into independent nutrition analysis and food labeling consultancy.
In 2024, that work took the Food Coach name. Today, our purpose remains clear: help smaller food businesses access the kind of specialist support that larger companies can draw upon.
